About The Position
Tresco, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodial & Grounds Worker to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-manicured environment. This role involves grounds maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming lawns, removing litter, weed control, and operating outdoor equipment. It also includes custodial responsibilities like cleaning and maintaining restrooms, floors, public areas, windows, and replenishing supplies. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and takes pride in their work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
- English language proficiency

Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance
- Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways
- Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance
- Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more
- Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned
- Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways
- Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries
- Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition
