This role is responsible for building structured, scalable learning pathways that align with business goals, workforce needs, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in instructional design, a strong electrical background (preferred), and proven experience developing apprenticeship-style training programs within a corporate environment. This role will also leverage AI-driven tools to modernize curriculum development and enhance learner outcomes.
