About The Position

Our client is a leading gaming manufacturing company based in Las Vegas, specializing in the design, development, and production of innovative gaming solutions. As a key player in the industry, the company strives to provide top-notch products and services, redefining the gaming experience globally. Out client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Curriculum Developer & Training Specialist to join their North American team. In this position you will lead and implement training initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in training & development , with a strong background in instructional design and teaching .
  • Proficiency with Adobe Captivate , Blackboard , LMS platforms, and other digital content development tools.
  • Excellent writing skills for creating clear, concise instructional materials.
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication skills for delivering engaging presentations and facilitating learner engagement.
  • Prior classroom experience combined with effective presentation skills is highly desirable.
  • Ability to adapt training methods for different audiences and learning styles

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and update training materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate , Blackboard , and other LMS platforms.
  • Create engaging e-learning modules, instructional videos, and classroom presentations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics to continuously improve content.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor content that meets specific learning objectives.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of training activities, participant progress, and course materials.
  • Stay current with industry trends in training & development , instructional design , and digital learning tools to enhance training effectiveness.
