As a Technical Curriculum Developer, you will report to the Director of Training and play a foundational role in building Virtru’s software training program. Our Training team is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering world-class enablement for the entire Virtru ecosystem — including internal teams, partners, integrators, and customers — all centered around the Virtru Data Security Platform. This role is critical to our mission. As adoption of the Data Security Platform (DSP) accelerates across the public and private sectors, the need for clear, accurate, and scalable technical education has never been greater. Our team ensures that anyone who builds with, deploys, supports, or sells Virtru can do so with confidence and a strong understanding of our technology. By joining this team, you will help define the standards, practices, and content that will form the backbone of Virtru’s formal training offerings. You will collaborate closely with CTO, Engineering, Product, Support, and Go-To-Market — to translate complex technical concepts into accessible, high-impact learning experiences. The work produced by this team will directly influence customer success, partner readiness, and Virtru’s ability to scale efficiently and sustainably.
