About The Position

Designs and delivers job-embedded professional learning focused on tiered instructional supports (Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3). Partners with key stakeholders to strengthen educators’ ability to implement differentiated instruction and targeted interventions aligned to district curriculum, using data-informed practices to improve outcomes for all students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years teaching, coaching, or intervention experience
• Oracle
• SAP
• Microsoft Office
• MTSS/RTI

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops professional learning focused on Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 instructional supports, including intervention strategies and scaffolds
• Creates job-embedded training materials (facilitator guides, slide decks, modeling supports) aligned to curriculum implementation
• Facilitates or supports professional learning sessions to build teacher capacity in differentiated and intervention practices
• Analyzes student performance data and feedback to refine tiered support strategies and professional learning content
• Collaborates with curriculum designers, intervention specialists, and school leaders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of supports
• Participates in PLCs/brain trust sessions to refine tiered instructional approaches and improve implementation fidelity
