The Curriculum Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating high-quality educational and professional development curricula that support the mission of the Texas Juvenile Crime Prevention Center. The position focuses on creating evidence-based learning experiences, training materials, and instructional resources for juvenile justice professionals, educators, youth-serving organizations, policymakers, and community stakeholders. The Curriculum Coordinator ensures that all training and educational products reflect current research, best practices, state and federal standards, and the evolving needs of the juvenile justice workforce. This position collaborates with subject matter experts, researchers, practitioners, and community partners to translate research into engaging, practical, and measurable learning experiences. The salary is determined in accordance with the University’s compensation structure and will be commensurate with the candidates’ education and experience, within the assigned salary range for this position.
