About The Position

BASIS Independent Brooklyn Upper School, a grades 3–12 private school, is seeking qualified candidates for a Curriculum Coordinator Assistant! In this role, the Curriculum Coordinator Assistant is primarily responsible for aiding in the management of all internal software systems related to student schedules, teacher substitutes, and assessment administration. Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining student schedules alongside the Curriculum Coordinator
• Helping to manage records of teacher substitutions and teacher activities (e.g. field trips, Term Projects)
• Assisting with the coordination of BASIS Independent Schools curriculum and assessment process
• Supporting project management for external exams assessment administration, including creating test administration schedules for all students and staff
• Coordinating assessment administration of external exams
• Database management of student information systems
• Student Supervision
