Prepare and proofread exhibition materials; manage curatorial paperwork and acquisition contracts. Coordinate and oversee financial processes (budgets, expenditures, vendor payments) and annual budget proposals. Schedule and manage curators’ travel, appointments, and speaking engagements, including presentation materials. Act as curatorial liaison to museum staff, volunteers, and the public; coordinate inter‑departmental interactions. Participate in staff meetings, exhibition planning, strategic planning, finance meetings, and grant applications. Assist in creating long‑term exhibition schedules and with monthly exhibition committee meetings. Respond to research inquiries and public requests; disseminate exhibition information. Supervise OPS employees, volunteers, interns, and work‑study students as needed in the curators’ absence.
