About The Position
This role focuses on title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties specifically within the state of Texas. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing and researching title issues, deceased borrowers, potential heirs, probate, and various types of liens and manufactured homes.
Requirements
- Experience in title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties in Texas.
- Ability to review and research title issues.
- Ability to review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
- Experience with various types of liens and manufactured homes.
- Proficiency in communicating curative actions and results to clients using various systems.
Responsibilities
- Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
- Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
- Perform pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
- Communicate curative action and results to clients using various systems.
- Perform all other duties as requested.
