About The Position

This role focuses on title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties specifically within the state of Texas. The specialist will be responsible for reviewing and resolving issues that appear on titles to real property, researching deceased borrowers to identify potential heirs or probate needs, and performing curative actions for various liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrower situations. Communication of curative actions and outcomes to clients via different systems is also a key part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
• Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
• Perform pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
• Communicate curative action and results to clients using various systems.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
