They will also perform curative actions for various liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers, communicating results to clients through different systems.

• Experience in title curative for pre and post foreclosure properties in Texas.
• Ability to review and research title issues.
• Ability to review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
• Experience performing curative actions for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
• Proficiency in communicating curative action and results to clients using various systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, research, and cure issues appearing on title to real property for the state of Texas.
• Review and research deceased borrowers for potential heirs and/or probate.
• Perform pre and post foreclosure curative for various types of liens, manufactured homes, and deceased borrowers.
• Communicate curative action and results to clients using various systems.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
