About The Position

Novig is building the leading sports prediction market in America and is looking for a Culture GTM Lead to own how Novig shows up across sports, internet culture, and live events. This role spans growth, content, partnerships, and product, with the goal of turning cultural relevance into real growth. The ideal candidate will identify moments, communities, and creators to turn into repeatable growth loops, launching fast, testing constantly, and building scalable systems. This is an execution-focused role requiring the ability to move from idea to campaign in days.

Requirements

  • Execution-first operator who moves fast, ships quickly, and figures things out in real time
  • Chronically online with strong instincts for talent, creators, and communities that drive real engagement
  • Relentless closer comfortable with high-volume outreach — highly persistent, follows up, pushes deals forward, and doesn't let opportunities die in your inbox
  • Scrappy and resourceful — you build systems as you go instead of waiting for perfect ones
  • Data-driven but not data-paralyzed — you use metrics to inform decisions, not slow them down
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can sell Novig to creators and partners
  • Organized enough to manage dozens of partnerships simultaneously, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity and intensity

Responsibilities

  • Own Novig's culture GTM strategy across sports, internet culture, and live events — identifying priority moments, audiences, and opportunities
  • Turn cultural moments into acquisition engines (NFL Sundays, NBA playoffs, viral trends, tentpole events)
  • Source, pitch, and activate creators at scale across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Run high-volume outbound through cold outreach, inbound, and network sourcing
  • Close partnerships end-to-end, from first touch to signed deal, including negotiating deliverables, timelines, and compensation
  • Launch campaigns fast and repeatedly, minimizing time from idea to live activation
  • Build referral and incentive loops tailored to culture-first audiences to drive organic growth and sharing
  • Experiment across creators, affiliates, events, communities, and partnerships
  • Develop repeatable playbooks for winning cultural moments and scaling what works
  • Track performance and optimize relentlessly, doubling down on what works and killing what doesn't
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to bring campaigns to life
