The Culture & Events Associate will play a key role in advancing RIVA’s enterprise engagement initiatives, employee programs, and internal brand energy across our corporate ecosystem. RIVA Solutions is seeking an energetic, strategic, and highly personable Culture & Events Associate to lead and elevate employee engagement initiatives across the organization. This is not an administrative role. This position requires someone who is outgoing, business-minded, organized, and capable of driving enterprise-wide engagement initiatives with vision and intention. The selected candidate will help boost morale, foster connection, and ensure that RIVA’s programs and events are executed with excellence and measurable impact. The Culture & Events Associate will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, People & Culture, and Marketing & Communications to manage mentorship programs, employee initiatives (RIVANext, RIVA Engage, RIVA Karma, Women in Leadership), Slack engagement strategies, team-building events, and enterprise culture programming.
