We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Organizational Development and Culture Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and lead change management efforts for Daimler Truck Financial Services North America. DTFS is undergoing a complex transformation of its core business which will require many large-scale organizational development and transformation support initiatives, including the establishment of a Service Center in Mexico and a US Headquarters relocation to Charlotte, NC. This role will be instrumental in aligning people strategies with business goals through data-driven insights, collaborative facilitation, and innovative problem-solving for the US, Canada and Mexico and will be involved in supporting the transformational objectives for the region.
