For over 60 years, Operation Mobilization (OM) has been working around the world to motivate and equip Christians to share God's love. OM's mission is to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. To advance the mission of Operation Mobilization, this position will strengthen connection and collaboration across OM staff in the U.S. by coordinating and executing cross-functional events, communications and projects that bring people together around the org mission, goals and values. This position will also support execution of People Care projects. Job Summary The organizational Culture Coordinator will facilitate meaningful connection points for OM staff in the US to pray, fellowship and collaborate. They will proactively engage OM staff in the U.S. in upcoming events, celebrations and culture topics, resulting in improved fellowship and staff feeling well-informed. Finally, this role will effectively coordinate one-off projects within Culture, Prayer and People Care, resulting in better care of OM staff in the U.S. and sent workers.
