This Is a Builder Role - You won’t inherit a static training catalog. You will: Design enterprise-wide leadership development programs Build interactive eLearning that challenges real-world decision-making Facilitate sessions that energize and activate managers Translate performance gaps into practical, measurable learning solutions Write SOPs and tools that make complex work clearer Use data to continuously refine and elevate learning impact This is full-cycle learning craft — from concept to classroom to continuous improvement. We’re Looking for a Learning Architect in Motion You are: Skilled in instructional design (ADDIE, SAM, adult learning theory) Confident facilitating in front of diverse audiences Proficient in Articulate Storyline or Rise (portfolio required) Comfortable balancing creativity with operational discipline Energized by building something meaningful, not just maintaining it You care about equity.
