We are seeking a motivated Culture and Engagement Events Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team beginning in August 2026. This role will assist with planning and coordinating initiatives that bring employees together and support a positive workplace experience. We are seeking someone who is organized, creative, dependable, and enjoys helping create engaging experiences for others.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of event planning and logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, execution, and logistics of company events.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for employee advocacy and engagement.
  • Assist with organizing and promoting employer branding events, such as career fairs and webinars.
  • Help design graphics, flyers, and announcements for internal events and culture initiatives using tools like Canva.
  • Assist with gathering employee feedback after events to help improve future programming.
  • Help maintain event calendars, RSVP lists, and event planning documents while providing general support to the Talent Acquisition team.
