Culture and Employee Experience Lead

ZiplineSouth San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Zipline is the world’s largest and most experienced drone delivery service, on a mission to serve all humans equally by ensuring access to food, medicine and essential goods anytime, anywhere. They design, build, and operate the world’s largest autonomous logistics system, making millions of deliveries globally, including blood, vaccines, medical supplies, food, and retail products. Zipline operates on four continents, making a delivery every 30 seconds. Their system strengthens supply chains, reduces congestion, and gives people time back, with over 140 million commercial autonomous miles safely flown. They seek practical problem solvers motivated by building systems with direct, meaningful impact and scaling the future of logistics. Zipline is looking for a builder who architects culture, not just supports it. This role owns the moments, systems, and signals that define the employee experience, reporting directly into the Operations Executive. The mandate is to raise the bar on energy, clarity, and connection by designing high-signal communications, running impactful company rituals, and creating experiences that align teams and reinforce standards. The role partners closely with leaders to translate priorities into clear, actionable messaging and ensures major moments like launches, summits, and celebrations are executed with precision. This position will work with People, Brand, and Operations to create distinctive, meaningful, and memorable experiences and artifacts, building cultural infrastructure to help teams move faster, think bigger, and do their best work.
