Villa Roma is seeking a highly organized, hospitality-forward, and culturally engaged Cultural Programming Host to support the execution and on-site coordination of Villa Roma’s evolving Cultural Programming initiatives, including entertainment programming, wellness experiences, seasonal activations, retreat programming, and special projects. This role serves as the primary on-property representative for Cultural Programming and plays a critical role in ensuring all experiences are executed with operational excellence, strong guest engagement, and clear interdepartmental communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment with dynamic schedules and evolving programming needs. They must be able to communicate constructive feedback positively, professionally, and operationally. The Cultural Programming Host will work directly under the Cultural Programming Lead and in coordination with the Cultural Programming Director to support the execution of all cultural, entertainment, and wellness programming across the property. This is not a traditional 9–5 role. Working hours are directly tied to the operational timing of Cultural Programming activations and experiences. The position requires on-property presence during scheduled programming, including evenings, weekends, holidays, retreat experiences, and special events.
