About The Position

Our next Cultivation Technician will play a key role in executing crop production tasks that follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for indoor cannabis cultivation. Cultivators are hands-on with every part of the plant’s life cycle — from clone to harvest — and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain valuable skills that can lead to advanced roles within our grow operation.

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of the cannabis growth cycle — propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvesting.
• Monitor plant health and environmental factors (light, temperature, humidity, nutrition).
• Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures and maintain plant cleanliness and care.
• Handle watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and other daily cultivation duties.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking in the state-mandated electronic tracking system.
• Assist with post-harvest processing, packaging, and sanitation of cultivation areas.
• Operate and maintain irrigation, lighting, and climate systems.
• Uphold compliance, safety, and security standards in every task.
