About The Position

4Front Ventures is a national cannabis grower, distributor, and retailer with operations in multiple states. This role is a hands-on, essential position within the Cultivation team, working closely with supervisors and managers to nurture and manage plants from growth through harvest. The role involves a variety of tasks and offers an opportunity to learn and grow within the cannabis industry.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
21+ and currently residing in the USA
Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtainable upon hire — we'll help you through it)
Basic math, computer, and organizational skills
A sharp eye for detail and a love of process-driven work
Strong communication and time management skills
A genuine desire to learn, collaborate, and grow with the team

Nice To Haves

1+ year of horticulture, agriculture, or production/manufacturing experience
Cannabis industry experience

Responsibilities

Conduct daily plant inspections, watching for pests, pathogens, mold, fungi, or other concerns.
Execute plant care processes — pruning, moving, trellising, harvesting, trimming, drying, and curing — in line with company protocols.
Perform routine plant maintenance across all stages of the growth and harvest cycle.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for the next task.
Maintain accurate logs relevant to your role.
Pitch in on additional tasks that keep the team and department running smoothly.
