This role involves performing all cultivation tasks, training new team members, serving as an expert in cultivation best practices, tracking plant data, and collaborating with the team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and knowledge in cultivation
• Passion for plant science and cultivation
• Desire to train and lead teammates
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects

Responsibilities

• Perform all cultivation tasks including transplanting, pruning, harvesting, IPM etc.
• Train and mentor new team members and answer questions to assist in team development.
• Serve as an expert for all cultivation best practices such as fertigation mixtures, etc.
• Track and record plant data with care to keep improving plant growth.
• Work with the team to find new ways to make cultivation smoother and efficient.
