Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA, WV)
Successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Must be able to handle organic matter daily.
Must be able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection).
Must be able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater).
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods.
Must be able to maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Must be able to perform repetitive movements and reaching.
Must be able to use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
The entire shift may be spent standing at times.
Requires repetitive hand, wrist, finger and elbow movement.
Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details.
Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions.
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise).

Responsibilities

Provide manual labor to support operations within the Cultivation department, adhering to all relevant laws, rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities.
Flex to provide support in veg, mom, and propagation departments as determined by business need.
Perform physical, repetitive agricultural work, following directions and taking instructions from supervisors.
Climb ladders or work on elevated platforms.
Net and trellis flower plants.
Load plants and place emitters.
Tuck and spread plants as directed.
Prune and defoliate plants.
Properly use PPE in accordance with company guidelines.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag any excess plant material, ensuring the grow room is clean after plant maintenance.
Clean, sanitize, and store all grow room tools and equipment after use.
Perform various manual cross-department job duties as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
