High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
Must be able to handle organic matter daily
Able to wear PPE as appropriate (eye, face, hand, arm, head, foot, body, fall protection)
Able to be exposed to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions while wearing PPE (95 degrees or greater)
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance
Must be able to work seated/standing as appropriate at workstations for extended periods
Must be able to maintain body equilibrium while climbing ladders, stairways, stooping, kneeling, crouching, repetitive movements and reaching
Must be able to use hands/fingers to hold, grasp, turn, pick, pinch frequently/constantly to complete tasks.
Requires repetitive hand, wrist, finger and elbow movement.
Must have visual acuity with/without job aids to perform activities such as reading, viewing a computer terminal, and visual inspection involving small parts/details. Clarity of vision at 20 ft or more in day and night/dark conditions
Must be able to speak and communicate verbally at conversation levels with co-workers, vendors, etc. (Moderate noise)

Responsibilities

Provides manual labor to support operations within the Cultivation department, abiding by laws, rules, policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Primarily supports the flower department with day-to-day plant maintenance tasks and sanitation responsibilities.
May be flexed to provide support in veg, mom, and propagation as determined by business need.
Performs physical, repetitive agricultural work, follows directions, and takes instructions from supervisors.
Performs repetitive climbing on a ladder or working on an elevated platform.
Nets and trellises flower plants.
Loads plants and places emitters.
Tucks and spreads plants as directed.
Prunes and defoliates plants.
Uses proper PPE in accordance with company guidelines.
Sweeps, mops, vacuums, and bags any excess plant material, leaving the grow room clean after plant maintenance.
Cleans, sanitizes, and stores all grow room tools and equipment upon use.
Performs various manual cross-department job duties as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
