About The Position

This role involves performing plant maintenance, monitoring plant health, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms. The position requires working as part of a team to meet production schedules, maintaining accurate production records, and understanding the use of BioTrack seed-to-sale tracking software. A willingness to work hard and learn is essential. The job also includes maintaining good housekeeping habits, such as mopping, sanitizing, and sweeping work areas.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Work longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
Work indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
Ability to work as a team player
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a Federal background check
Willing and able to wear all required PPE

Nice To Haves

Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
Good communication skills with co-workers and management
Possess a willingness to work hard and learn every day

Responsibilities

Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
Monitor plant health
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines, including the safe and proper operation of machinery, instrumentation, and equipment
Work as a team to meet production schedules
Practice good housekeeping habits, including mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces, and sweeping
Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management
Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program
Perform other duties as assigned
