About The Position

This role involves performing plant maintenance according to standard operating procedures in the vegetation and flowering rooms, monitoring plant health, and working as a team to meet production schedules. The position requires good communication skills, practice of good housekeeping habits, and maintaining accurate records of daily production. A willingness to work hard and learn is essential.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Greenhouse experience a plus, but not required
Working longer hours as needed, including weekends and holidays
Working indoors as well as outdoors during all seasonal temperatures and weather conditions
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Ability to perform tasks sitting, standing, stretching, walking, bending, reaching and perform repetitive motions
Ability to work as a team player
At least 21 years of age
Ability to pass a Federal background check
Must be willing and able to wear all required PPE

Responsibilities

Perform plant maintenance using standard operating procedures within the vegetation and flowering rooms
Monitor plant health
Follow all applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines, including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation, and equipment
Work as a team to meet production schedules
Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the plant with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift, including mopping floors, sanitizing work spaces and sweeping
Maintain accurate records of daily production and communicate those records to management
Understand and apply the use of BioTrack, our seed to sale tracking program
