Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of cannabis cultivation practices and familiarity with cannabis strains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the maintenance of cannabis plants throughout their growth cycle, including watering, feeding, pruning, and trellising.
• Support the propagation process by preparing growth mediums, transplanting, and ensuring proper environmental conditions for early growth stages.
• Participate in the harvesting process to prepare plants for drying and curing.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization within the cultivation facility, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment, workspaces, and cultivation areas.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding cannabis cultivation, including but not limited to tracking and documenting plant inventory and waste disposal.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the cultivation team to accomplish daily tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive work environment.
