About The Position

Join Trimmr as a Cannabis Cultivation Support staff member for the fall harvest. Trimmr staffs local talent with licensed operators for the fall harvest (typically September through October/November). Harvest weeks offer 40+ hours; you can also claim fewer shifts to align with your schedule. Once hired, you choose from available shifts that fit your schedule. You earn W-2 wages, build a work record and reputation that validates your capabilities with different operators, and gain real industry experience. Tasks vary depending on client needs, but common shifts include cultivation (planting, weeding, defoliating, and harvesting) and post-harvest activities (hand trimming, bucking, and packaging). Compliance and care tasks involve following farm SOPs, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding quality standards. Indoor and outdoor tasks will be involved. Strong scents, weather, and being on your feet are part of the job.

Requirements

• Age: 21+ (NYS OCM requirement)
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid I-9 docs)
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable with flexible gig work
• Reliable transportation to get to various local farm and processing sites
• Able to stand or work on your feet throughout your shift
• Able to perform repetitive and strenuous motions
• Able to crouch, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors around strong scents and varying weather
