About The Position

The Cultivation Associate supports cannabis plant growth and health by carrying out cultivation tasks, maintaining clean and organized growing spaces, assisting with integrated pest control, and assembling and maintaining irrigation and nutrient-delivery equipment. Responsibilities

• Transplant, water, prune, and defoliate plants to support healthy growth.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient growing spaces that support healthy and productive growth cycles.
• Contribute to integrated pest control efforts to support plant health.
• Assemble and maintain grow bags and driplines for precise hydration and nutrient delivery.
