About The Position

The Cultivation Associate supports cannabis plant growth and health through cultivation tasks and helps maintain clean, organized, efficient growing spaces. The role also supports plant hydration and nutrient delivery and contributes to integrated pest control efforts.

Responsibilities

• Transplant, water, prune, and defoliate plants.
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient growing spaces to support healthy and productive growth cycles.
• Contribute to integrated pest control efforts to support plant health.
• Assemble and maintain grow bags and driplines to deliver hydration and nutrients.
