Responsibilities include assisting with chick pulling, cleaning incubation equipment, delivering chicks to farms, stacking, and sanitation. The work environment can be hot, wet, and dusty, necessitating the use of hearing and eye protection. The role may also require obtaining a Moffett certification.
Requirements
- Must be able to work holidays as scheduled
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to obtain Moffett if necessary
- Must follow all safety rules
- Will be working with cleaners and disinfectants
- Work areas are hot, wet, and dusty and may require hearing protection and eye protection
