About The Position
100% Travel Task Force. This is a Travel Position. We pay for travel and one to two meals per day. You will travel in 6-week rotations. Base Pay $20 Plus OT.
Requirements
- Ability to travel and live in employee housing
- Experience on grill, fryer and food prep
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Help with catering events and special functions as needed
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment
- Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations
- Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets
- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards
- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks
- Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment
