About The Position

As a Waffle Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the face of our cozy cabin, preparing and serving warm waffles and beverages to hungry skiers and snowboarders. You’ll help create a welcoming atmosphere while keeping things clean, efficient, and delicious. This is a seasonal position from June through the end of August. Dates are subject to change based on the availability of the applicant and needs of the business. This role comes with a free season pass for you and your dependents.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Familiarity with operating waffle irons and food prep equipment
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Efficient multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines consistently
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Adapt to changing weather conditions and guest volume
  • Maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve waffles, toppings, and hot drinks
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Operate waffle irons and handle basic food prep
  • Provide cheerful and prompt customer service
  • Restock supplies and assist with daily setup/cleanup
  • Monitor inventory levels of batter, toppings, utensils, and packaging
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Support other areas of the operation as needed
  • Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
  • Adjust to changing business needs based on snow conditions and guest volume
