As a Culinary Experience Team Member (CETM) you support the Impact Kitchen community by setting the culinary standards high. You prep ingredients, fulfill orders via the line, ensure cleanliness and DOH compliance. CETMs make $21.00 per hour, receive a substantial discount on Impact Kitchen products, and have access to team perks that support a healthy lifestyle. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate effectively, respectfully and work well with others in a team based setting.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to learn quickly both with and without direct coaching.
  • Ability to execute and thrive in a quick paced hospitality environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50lbs.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as business requires

Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class hospitality to the community, know regulars, and build relationships.
  • Be an Impact Kitchen subject matter expert, sell the menu, own and adhere to process.
  • Take, prepare and provide orders to guests and delivery partners to standards with consistent accuracy.
  • Be able to adapt to recipe and SOP changes.
  • Perform various tasks during each shift and support teammates as required.
