Requirements

  • A solid history of food preparation and service.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent service.
  • A flexible schedule, with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be comfortable working in a busy bar/restaurant/kitchen environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a variety of conditions, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing fresh salads, sandwiches, appetizers, entrées, and daily specials
  • Assisting with food preparation, plating, and presentation

  • Working collaboratively with chefs and fellow team members during busy service periods
  • Delivering high-quality food and service
