About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Culinary Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations and support the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and a passion for developing and managing culinary teams.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume culinary or food service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and manage diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with staff scheduling, inventory management, and food ordering systems.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen operations to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive and professional work environment.
• Hold team members accountable to established culinary, sanitation, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, consistency, and portion control standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health department regulations and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in training, onboarding, and performance management of culinary team members.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to implement menus, operational improvements, and special events.
• Address operational challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining service excellence.
• Maintain strong communication between kitchen staff, management, and other departments.
