About The Position

Provide a memorable dining experience for our customers every day. Build amazing relationships with family members, residents, and staff by learning their preferences and desires. Help make our community a true home for residents where they can eat what they want – when they want. Embrace your creativity by hosting fantastic social events for our customers! Mentor, coach, and train dining staff to provide an incredible dining experience. Be an exceptional leader – lead by example and get in the trenches when it’s required. Cooking & preparing meals at least 4 days/week. A great driving record – since you’ll be driving our company car.
