About The Position

The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for Culinary Servers to join their team. This role is responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff, while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being. The Crossings of Willmar Senior Living provides Independent, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services. Requirements

Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
Create an environment that promotes resident well-being.
Set up room trays and tables in the dining room.
Serve and bus trays.
Pour and cover beverages.
Assist in preparing and covering food.
Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.
Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.
