About The Position

As a Cheesecake Culinary Operations R&D Analyst Intern, you’ll play an important role in supporting our Kitchen Operations team by contributing to meaningful projects and hands-on responsibilities that align with your future career goals. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to how a Kitchen Operations department operates within a dynamic and collaborative business environment. Reporting to the Senior Administrative Specialist you’ll join a Kitchen Operations team of 15, based in Calabasas Hills, CA. Together, you’ll support the Kitchen Operations function for The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated, a $3.6 billion public company with over 350 restaurants and more than 47,000 staff members nationwide. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution.
  • Completed a minimum 2 years in post-secondary education.
  • Majoring in Business administration, mathematics, computer science/programming.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0.
  • Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Available to work from the Support Center at least 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs)
  • Work experience in a restaurant (Front or Back of the house)
  • Intermediate in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced in MS Office (Excel - Macros, PivotTables, VLookup)
