The Culinary R&D Intern will support insights-led exploration and development of global sauce concepts in collaboration with Culinary and R&D teams. This role will contribute to establishing product standards and developing scalable sauce formulations aligned with existing manufacturing capabilities. The internship provides hands-on experience in culinary innovation, formulation development, and cross-functional R&D collaboration. ShapeThis intern will be an active participant in the C.H. Guenther Internship Program cohort, receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. C.H. Guenther is dedicated to delivering an enriching internship experience that goes beyond hands-on work to support long-term professional growth. The intern program will run from June 8 to August 14, 2026.
