Our Culinary Operations Internship is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment. This role provides exposure to daily kitchen operations, food preparation, sanitation standards, and teamwork within a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant setting. Interns will work alongside experienced culinary professionals to develop foundational skills and gain a deeper understanding of kitchen operations. Program Details: 8, 10, or 12 week duration (depending on intern needs) This intern will be supporting our 1933 Lounge Fishers team Internships typically begin the first week of June (flexible based on intern needs)
