We are seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to lead our culinary team and ensure the delivery of exceptional dining experiences. Requirements

Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to manage food costs effectively
Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Minimum of (2) years as a Culinary Manager, Executive Chef, or similar leadership role in a full-service restaurant
Successful candidates should be thoughtful leaders, confident decision-makers, and quality-focused.
Able to effectively manage staff.
A true passion for food and food preparation
Ability to follow recipes and replicate food production procedures.
Experience with cost control, budgeting, inventory control and scheduling
Knowledge of business process and functions
Excellent motivation and communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving mind set
Daytime, weekend and intermittent evening event availability

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service
Develop new and inspiring dishes for the menu
Manage and train culinary staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Control food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability
Collaborate with management on event planning and special menus
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
