About The Position

We are seeking career-minded cooks with engaging personalities, the ability to work well on a team, remain level-headed and even-tempered in busy situations, be creative, and be trustworthy and organized.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years cooking experience in a table service dining environment.
• Working knowledge of established sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more.
• Ability to perform duties in a stressful and fast-paced fine dining environment.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge in creating specials and new menu items.

Responsibilities

• Cooking to order, frying, sautéing, and broiling a variety of food items from the menu.
• Working the hot food line, broiler, fry station, and salad station.
