The Culinary Leader is responsible for developing and training Team Members in daily kitchen execution, ensuring excellent culinary skills, food safety, and a safe work environment. This role involves overseeing shifts, educating Team Members on regulations and procedures, acting as a liaison between Front of House (FOH) and Kitchen teams, and managing repairs and maintenance. The Culinary Leader leads by example, holding teams accountable for product quality, consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, and maintenance. They also oversee restaurant performance metrics under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager and ensure adherence to sanitation standards through weekly health inspections, fostering a fun and welcoming work environment.
