The Culinary Leader is responsible for developing and training team members in daily kitchen execution, ensuring adherence to culinary expectations, and fostering a positive kitchen environment. This role involves overseeing training programs, ensuring food safety and a safe work environment, and managing operational aspects of the kitchen. The Culinary Leader acts as a liaison between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, supervises maintenance, and holds teams accountable for product quality, consistency, speed of service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. The goal is to create a fun, welcoming, and comfortable work environment while meeting defined restaurant metrics.
