Under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef, contributes to the efficient daily operation of Food & Beverage activities by performing tasks to ensure that Camas Grill customers receive their correct food order and ensuring a clean, organized, and safe environment, in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the Shoshone-Bannock Casino Hotel. Maintains professionalism in all interactions with internal and external customers.
