Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between FOH and BOH teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a restaurant expo or food-running role preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform all FOH Crew responsibilities including greeting guests, bussing tables, running food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Lead the expo station during service, ensuring it is fully stocked, organized, and running efficiently.
Verify that food coming out of the kitchen matches Olive & Finch build guides for accuracy and presentation.
Assemble and check all to-go and catering orders for completeness and quality before they leave the restaurant.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen team to ensure timing, accuracy, and smooth ticket flow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo station throughout the shift.
Work closely with FOH and BOH teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
