About The Position

Buckingham Heights, a memory care facility in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Culinary Director to lead the daily operations of its dietary staff and kitchen for a 46-bed facility. This role requires a self-motivated, service-focused individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. The Culinary Director will collaborate with the management team, design menus, manage specialized diets, and oversee kitchen staff, food ordering, sanitation, inspections, and meal preparation and serving within budget.

Requirements

  • Prior culinary management experience.
  • Experience working in a senior living/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the dietary staff and kitchen.
  • Work with the management team.
