Buckingham Heights, a premier memory care facility in Glastonbury, CT, is seeking a Culinary Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the dietary staff and kitchen for its 46-bed facility. This role requires a self-motivated, service-focused professional with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. The Culinary Director will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with the management team to design menus, handle specialized diets, and oversee kitchen staff, food ordering, sanitation, inspections, and meal preparation and serving within budget.
