About The Position

This is a part-time contract role focused on producing ice cream for photo and video shoots. The primary responsibility is to make 60 3-gallon ice cream tubs following approved formulations and recipes. This includes cleaning and maintaining the production lab and equipment, managing supplies and ingredients, and packing and shipping the tubs. Secondary responsibilities may include assisting with support center sampling events and other miscellaneous projects if time permits.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience working hands on in a food service environment, or possess general food service knowledge through equivalent training or education
  • Ability to follow a recipe using standard measurement practices
  • Ability to adhere to food safety standards

Responsibilities

  • Produce 60 3-gallon ice cream tubs for Photo & Video Shoots
  • Make ice cream tubs following approved formulations/recipes
  • Clean and maintain production lab and ice cream equipment
  • Manage supplies and ingredients for ice cream production
  • Pack and ship tubs
  • Assist with support center sampling events (potential)
  • Assist team members with miscellaneous projects as needed (potential)
